If you arrive on Wednesday, you may spend the night in Gdańsk and drive down on Thursday, or go straight to Grudziądz (which will likely work out cheaper). For those staying in Grudziądz, there are two decent hotels we can recommend:

These are the nicest options available, because - as you may expect - Grudziądz does not receive many tourists. Wait until the Rick Steves video comes out, though!
The venue reserved a set amount of rooms for our guests, which you can purchase at a discount of 25% of the standard rate and pay on arrival or during check out. This must be booked through us by the 16th of March at the absolute latest.
We will need to know as soon as possible whether you will be requiring a room, and for how many people. The venue is in the middle of the Polish Lake District, so you may find it difficult to get a taxi to another hotel after the party, particularly if you plan on staying late.

If anyone books their own accommodation with the venue directly, they will not receive the discounted price and we cannot guarantee availability as they don’t only have guests from our wedding in their hotel.
Check out time is at 12pm (noon) on Friday. Breakfast will be served between 8am to 11am. If you wish to stay in the resort for an extra night, please let us know and we will see if they have availability for you.
